MODULE #1

MODULE #2

MODULE #3

Terms and Conditions

 

Introduction

Welcome to the Conquer AI Community and Course. By subscribing to our course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of 03/05/2024 by and between JNREMU Business Solutions DBA Conquer Your Ish ("Service Provider") and [Party enrolling in the course] ("Client"). Please read them carefully.

 

Services Provided

Service Provider agrees to provide the following services (collectively, the "Services"):

  • Comprehensive Course Content: Access to the self-paced Conquer AI online course, including 4+ training modules, worksheets, templates, and additional resources.
  • Community Engagement: Access to a private Facebook community for connecting with other participants.
  • Monthly Workshops: One new workshop is uploaded monthly covering additional AI strategies.
  • Continuous Access: Monthly access to all course materials, including access to replays of past workshops and training sessions.

Service Provider retains the right to add, remove, or modify course modules and materials at its sole discretion.

 

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • The subscription fee is billed monthly at $97.
  • Subscribers may cancel anytime before the due date of the next payment to avoid charges for the subsequent month.
  • Cancellations after the due date will result in access until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refunds provided.

 

Consultation Services

Members must book a separate consultation call for strategy-related inquiries or personalized assistance with AI. Additional charges may apply.

 

Intellectual Property

All course materials are the intellectual property of Conquer AI and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without express written permission.

All course content, materials, and methodologies included are the intellectual property of the Service Provider and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold by the Client. 

The client grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive license to use and publish their name, image, and testimonial regarding the course for marketing and promotional purposes.

Confidentiality 

The parties agree not to disclose each other's confidential information shared through the course, community, or otherwise exchanged. Personal and confidential information includes but is not limited to business strategies, client details, and proprietary methodologies. 

Limitation of Liability

Conquer AI is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the course. The Service Provider makes no guarantees about the Client's ability to achieve any particular results by participating in the Conquer AI course. The client understands that results depend on the consistent implementation of strategies taught.  

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Devote time and effort to complete course modules and implement strategies.

- Actively engage by completing worksheets, templates, and activities.

- Interact respectfully within the private Facebook community.

- Provide timely feedback when requested.

- Maintain internet access for full participation.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

 

Amendment to Terms and Conditions

Conquer AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the course constitutes acceptance of these terms.
